Hokusetsu (Hokusetsu Shuzo) The Hokuetsu Sake Brewery’s Daiginjo sake is handmade with traditional methods and is made using 65% polished Yamada Nishiki rice grown on Sado island, which is the best kind of rice for use in sake brewing.
