“Hokusetsu” & “Kozaemon” In-store tasting event @ Ikebukuro

You can taste Hokusetsu, Hokusetsu Shuzo, from Niigata prefecture, and Kozaemon, Nakashima Sake Brewery from Gifu prefecture.   Hokusetsu (Hokusetsu Shuzo) The Hokuetsu Sake Brewery’s Daiginjo sake is handmade with traditional methods and is made using 65% polished Yamada Nishiki rice grown on Sado island, which is the best kind of rice for use in sake brewing.
